I am a big guy, however, I am athletic and can handle myself. In high school I participated in football, wrestling, and lacrosse. I was a lineman and heavyweight, but I'm not lazy. Does the military never waiver for such situations?
For the Navy, you can enter the Delayed Entry Program and the ship of training camp if your body fat should not exceed 25%.

6 days a week I do 100 jumping jacks, 50-60 curl-ups, and 35 push ups but I do them all in sets of 3. I run every other day and I might do lacrosse as a sport. Every month I try to increase these numbers. Will this help me in the future? I know its not
