Can a regular Air Force Recruiter help with Reserves?

Then a regular support Air Force Reserve Recruiter Air Force, because I think both, but do not know if I need to get a recruiter for the reserves in different individual (or the Air Guard if I eventually had to choose that).
I got your question even if I called an active recruiter and said that I have questions both reserve and active and they said they can not help me with reservations. You'll probably see two different recruiters.

They can not guarantee 100% for a job. It was at MEPS. I would choose a different MOS, and then after I get some years under my belt, I would put in a transfer. I was a former controller of the fight against, then the program Pararescue.

I live in St. Thomas and there is only one number for Puerto Rico to contact an air force recruiter. I have already took the asvab and filled out as well as emailed numerous forms to the recruiter now he wont answer his cell phone or his work phone. Ive
