Seeing his son's shocked expression on basic training graduation day was worth the 16-hour flight, Sergeant Josephs said, but visiting his son while deployed is even more special. Sergeant Josephs, a field artillery instructor deployed from Fort Hood, Texas, to Kabul, Afghanistan, has served 25 years in the Army. While he was stationed in South Korea and Airman Josephs went through basic training and technical training, he flew out to attend both graduations. Going the extra mile, quite literally, is the norm for the first sergeant, whether it's for his family or the Army. I'm a recreation and tourism major. I want to do my internship with the Department of the Army MWR on base. I would like to contribute to the planning and operation of leisure activities. It would be a civilian job that I'm not in the army.
As far as I know, only navy college courses do with MWR. I did when I was 19, working at teen center in Naples, Italy. You must go to:

FORT KNOX, Ky. – The U. S. Army Concert Tour, a summer concert series that brings top name artists to Soldiers, their Families and people from the surrounding community, opened the 2010 series Saturday, May 29. “This concert was designed to be a salute to the Active Duty Soldiers at Fort Knox who dedicate their lives to preserve our country’s freedom,” Family and MWR Chief of Community Recreation Director Mark Wicker said. The opening night of the Army Concert Tour brought about 12,000 cheering, singing and foot-stomping Soldiers, Family members and people from the surrounding community. Not unlike the garrison’s 16th Cavalry, which has seen action in both world wars, Vietnam and continues to train the leaders of the mounted force to fight and win on the modern battlefield, Toby Keith and his band stampeded onto the Godman Army......
