The cadets, who range from high school graduates without military experience to combat-tested noncommissioned officers, are contemplating service upon graduation and commissioning as Army second lieutenants, the lowest officer rank. A: Anderson said his hardest decisions came when reviewing the punishments for those convicted of offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the military legal system. He has made 150 parachute jumps and attained the third-highest rank for an Army officer. Anderson, who is deputy commander of Fort Bragg and the 18th Airborne Corps, has spent 33 years in the Army. 8, the two-star general asked each Fayetteville State University cadet to write a question for him on a 5-by-8-inch index card.Source: Fayetteville Observer
