The Marines believed the SS symbol was meant to represent sniper scouts and never intended to be associated with a racist organization, said Maj. I have already taken the oath and now I'm afraid I can not get to go. I do not think this is a good time to go for me. Kinda had a change of heart.
You do not have to go. Just call the recruiter and tell him/her that you no longer wish to join. They might say stuff to make you feel like you have no choice, but none of it is true. You still have freewill at the moment.
