How much are Soak City tickets at the navy base?

Does anyone know how the city Tickets are soaked to the MWR at Naval Base San Diego? Please and thank you.
Tickets are different prices for different types of passes and for different age groups. They range in price from about $ 20 to $ 100, depending on what you want. Check here.

I have been offered the position of Marketing Manager for the MWR (Morale/Welfare/Recreation) at a local base. I've been asked to find creative ways to increase participation in MWR events by active duty, veteran, and retirees.

USS HARRY S. TRUMAN, at sea (NNS) -- The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department on board USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) hosted a Super Bowl party for Sailors and Marines Feb. MWR, along with Truman's Food Service Department provided a special "surf-and-turf" dinner and a variety of pre-Super Bowl events to get Sailors ready "When MWR and the rest of the Supply team have an event like this, we like to provide as much of an opportunity for recreation as we can.
