We're also treated to another real group of people portraying their real world job: SWCC (pronounced as 'swick'), the Special Warefare Combat Crew, otherwise known as the boat crews that bring SEALs in and out of hostile engagements. That's right, it's a film about Navy SEALs played by actual active duty SEAL operators. The new film from Bandito Brothers films and directing team Mike McCoy and Scott Waugh, 'Act Of Valor', not only chronicles a tale of America's most elite force, the Navy SEALs, but also stars them. Before the preview screening we were introduced to the film by the directors in a clip, in their own words describing how the SEALs in the film were real, and so were the families. Having been in the military myself, I can say this was all 100% accurate, every word of radio jargon, every bit of the etiquette, all real and how it's used in actual radio-speak. Send in the SEALs. I understand its different but if you were a member of SWCC and said you were a Navy Seal, would u wrong?
have thought so, but I was just looking for things and it just seems like there are many interdependent.
SWCC in itself is an SB rating, SEAL is SO, so no they arent, they do, however, work together, PT together, and go on missions together. My motivator told me that he knew of at least one guy who is a SWCC that was on one of the SD TEAMS(SEAL delivery).

about how many deaths do you think the swcc communitie has sufured this year and is it as many as navy seals or eod
In the NSW community, SEALs have the highest mortality rate, followed by EOD personnel. SWCC personnel have a fairly low death toll, especially in 2008. The only one that I know of is PO1 Luis A. Souffront who was KIA by an IED late February in Iraq.
