When training for the Navy Seals, do you do Physical Training every day?

What kind of things are done every day? I thought you do intense training every day, but the Navy Seal lends books say you should only do physical training (resistance or weight) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ...

No, you do not do PT every day .. Once you reach a certain point in your training, it becomes much more different than the first few months ..

It is impossible to make physical activity every day .. Your body would not last long doing that.

I want a book that will tell me exactly what the Navy Seals go through from the BUD/S all the way to the end when they are finially Navy Seals.

There's no one book that covers all that you want to know, atleast not extensively as you're asking for. But try these two books, they do cover all the excruciating details for a SEAL student and it's written by a SEAL who was a legend in the Teams.

A feature on the Navy Times shared that the Alcorn County Genealogical Society, through the initiation of its president, Gale Judkins, is putting together a book that will pay tribute to the County’s World War II Veterans. The book will be entitled “Alcorn County’s Greatest Generation: Honoring Those Who Served in World War II,” and will include photos, news clippings, and other memorabilia that those who have links to the war feel are important.
