It was Navy SEALs who appear in the new action film “Act of Valor,” a first-of-its-kind movie that uses real U. S. military service members in a Hollywood-style plot, all sanctioned by the Navy in the name of recruiting. Even the seen-everything Hollywood press corps seemed wowed when a handful of Navy Leap Frogs jumpers appeared in the night sky, then dropped onto Sunset with a whoosh of blue and gold parachutes. Inside the Arclight Theater, the audience gave a standing ovation to the eight active-duty SEALs who performed in the film. Sunset Boulevard was shut down for an hour Monday night, but it wasn’t marquee-name movie stars creating the hoopla. There was a red carpet-style entrance for the SEALs and a splashy after party with former Gov. The movie, opening in theaters nationwide Feb.Source: U-T San Diego

Oh Wow, I thought Junior was too hyped and overrated before, but this is getting ridiculous. Now Jr steals the honor of heroes, if he has this info or not our, nation delirious Jr. will believe it.

I wanna know how and what will it take for me to become a navy seal sniper.. are they enlisted, or commision? im 20-20 vision and very patient...................................................
Army would be easier. Navy you must ENLIST then apply for BUDs training and that in itself takes a few years.
If you want to be a sniper I would suggest the Marines or Army. All you must do is enlist in either branch as an 11B infantryman

Master the skills of seaborne sniping with Maritime Sniper Manual, called by John Plaster, author of The Ultimate Sniper , the “best thing out there on this subject. The maritime sniper plays a vital role in combating piracy, providing cover for vessel- and GOPLAT-boarding teams, protecting high-value vessels, and many other missions. This looks like an awesome resource for those of you out there that are looking for some reading material on the subject of precision fire from boats. I will take his word that this book is a good resource. I have not read this book but I definitely perked up after seeing the endorsements on the thing....
