I want to become a Navy Seal in 2 years, this type of training should I do? How to prepare and condition myself so I can realize my dream?
Although the workouts are very strong, conditioning has to do with real capacity of food and sleep deprivation and long periods of complete rest very little nutrition and a great discomfort in as being cold and soaking wet and freezing.
