Cemetery for quake victims opens

Cemetery in the west of the embattled city. A special cemetery for victims of the February 22 earthquake. The unidentified remains of four earthquake victims were laid. At 6pm, Christchurch mayor Bob Parker officially unveiled a. memorial plinth to the unidentified, and unfound, victims of. the killer magnitude-6. anniversary of the Christchurch disaster. The victims: Shawn Lucas, 40, of Christchurch, Rhea Mae. was officially opened today, a day before the one-year. Four of the 185 people who died in the disaster, and whose. and emotional first-year anniversary. killing a total of 115 people. remains could not be formally identified, were buried in a. single casket in a private interment ceremony.

Alex enters the door and smiled, surveying the extent of burials in the moonlight. His partner Eric grabbed a shovel and the flash on trucks, inspecting their trees choked around undesirable signs of life.

I think the concept for the story sounds very different, and that could make it very interesting, but at the moment, this is mostly made up of you 'telling' the reader about Alex and Eric's past.
